Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers to achieve strategic objectives, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue from existing clients through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, analyzing sales data and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategic account management plans for long-term customer success and retention.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
