Role Summary:

This is a leadership role overseeing a team of three Sales Managers and a wider group of ten indirect reports. You will have full autonomy to shape and implement best practices across the account management function, ensuring excellent client service, retention, and growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing Relationship Management team, including direct leadership of Sales Managers and oversight of a wider group of Account Managers.
  • Own and drive the strategic direction of the client management function, implementing best-in-class processes to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless customer journeys and identify growth opportunities.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, fostering a results-driven culture while continuously seeking areas for improvement and innovation within the account management strategy.
About You:
  • Proven leadership experience within B2B financial services, payments, FinTech, or a related sector, ideally managing multi-layered teams.
  • A strategic thinker who combines a customer-first mindset with a strong commercial acumen and a passion for operational excellence.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable building and executing new processes, frameworks, and best practices from the ground up.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and build relationships at all levels internally and externally.
