Job summary

University for the Creative Arts (UCA) seeks an experienced and strategic leader to become our Director of Quality and Enhancement. Reporting to the Provost, you will drive academic quality, standards and enhancement across provision, including partnerships, ensuring compliance with the OfS regulatory framework and promoting continuous improvement in learning, teaching and the student experience.

Qualifications

• You will have significant experience of leading academic quality and standards within UK higher education, with excellent knowledge of the regulatory landscape and a strong track record of delivering institutional improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the University's approach to academic quality, standards and enhancement across all provision, including collaborative partnerships.
• Provide strategic leadership for the accredited PGCert in Learning and Teaching.
• Ensure compliance with the Office for Students regulatory framework while driving continuous improvement in learning, teaching and the student experience.
