We are seeking an experienced Director of Military & Government Sales to lead business development, establish strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth within global military and government sectors. Reporting to the Chief of Government, Sales & Engagement, this role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and deep industry knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading business development efforts with Ministries of Defence and expanding strategic accounts.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline aligned with 2026–2030 growth strategies.
- Driving proposal efforts and securing contracts through bid management.
- Supporting US Department of Defence programs and strengthening relationships with operational counterparts.
- Representing AALTO at international forums and customer presentations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven success in securing government and defence contracts.
- Deep understanding of the global defence environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience in bid management, cost estimation, and negotiations.
- Security clearance and familiarity with defence compliance processes.
