*Director - Medical Information Operations - US Markets - Leading Pharma!*

Location: Hybrid in Uxbridge

FTE: 12-month contract with the possibility of extension

Rate: Very competitive rate

Job Overview:

Objective:

The Customer Engagement Center aims to strategically design, develop, and evolve industry-leading Customer Engagement and call center capabilities while optimizing customer experience. This role provides strategic and operational oversight for Contact Center strategies, including Medical Information and Customer Information.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement strategies for US customer engagement, including Medical Information, Global Escalations, and Variant Content maintenance, aligned with WW SCE goals.
  • Provide strategic leadership to a diverse team focused on Medical and Customer Information delivery in the US Market, including coaching and team development.
  • Act as relationship lead with key matrix functions at both global and market levels, ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery.

Must have experience:

  • Strong medical information experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Global experience is required; US experience is advantageous.
  • Previous line management experience is mandatory, with 3 direct reports (1 US-based AD and 2 Senior Managers, one US and one UK).
