This role sits within the Marketing, Customer & Commercial Leadership (CCL), and Public Affairs & Communications (PACS) Intelligence team within Enterprise Services. This team is dedicated to providing data and analytics solutions at scale, enabling cross-enterprise stakeholders in Marketing, CCL, and PACS to monitor business and brand performance and make more informed, data-driven decisions to foster topline growth and competitive advantage.
As we continue to enhance our capabilities in global Marketing and PACS data & analytics intelligence, we are focused on driving further end-to-end development of our intelligence from data capture to consumption. This effort aims to deliver distinctive, competitively advantaged scalable data and analytics measurement while ensuring operational excellence and service delivery are at the core of this transformation.
What You’ll Do for Us:
The Director, Marketing, CCL & PACS Intelligence Planning & Orchestration, will play a key role defining and leading horizontal ways of working and agile teams across the four product-focused Intelligence vertical teams. The primary goal is to drive consistent excellence in delivery and ultimately greater effectiveness, efficiency, integration, and user-centricity across the portfolio of Intelligence Solutions. These agile teams will focus on defining and facilitating processes for essential topics that require consistency and integration across all solutions, such as:
This role will also play a key role in defining and leading the design, build, implementation and adoption strategy of a user-centered integrated digital platform to serve as the ‘front door’ access point to the Enterprise for MCPI intelligence suite (e.g. SIMON).
