This role offers the chance to leverage your performance improvement and turnaround experience in a dynamic environment. Our VCS practice is rapidly growing, and we are recruiting high-caliber delivery professionals across the team.

You will work closely with private equity and corporate clients on supply chain performance improvement initiatives and turnarounds.

Successful candidates will have a strong track record in delivering supply chain performance projects, experience engaging with senior stakeholders, and strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Assessing the value creation potential in sourcing and demand planning through high-impact initiatives.
  2. Creating work products and tools related to spend cube management, AI, and machine learning-enabled demand planning.
  3. Conducting quantitative analysis for cost modeling, price determination, and supplier negotiations.
  4. Collaborating with management to implement sourcing and demand planning initiatives swiftly to maximize value.
  5. Working with colleagues across advisory and the broader Deloitte network to provide comprehensive business performance insights.
  6. Managing diverse teams within an inclusive culture that recognizes contributions.

  • Proven success in sourcing and demand planning performance improvement within consultancy or corporate settings.
  • Experience with private equity portfolio companies is preferred.
  • Deep expertise in spend analytics, cost modeling, demand planning, and cash optimization.
  • Strong business development skills, including lead generation and project expansion.
  • Ability to manage C-suite and senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven performance assessment skills.
  • Experience in talent management and development.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
