Job summary

Nscale seeks a Director of LV/Fiber Deployment to lead planning, execution, and handoff of infra deployments across data centers, edge, and network facilities. You will ensure safe, on-schedule, within-budget delivery and uphold quality standards.

You will own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, coordinating design, procurement, field execution, commissioning, and turnover to operations while driving KPIs and stakeholder alignment across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in physical infrastructure deployment or data center environments.
• 5+ years leading multi-site teams or complex programs.
• Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional or global deployment programs for structured cabling, fiber backbone, and low-voltage systems.
• Build and lead deployment managers, field engineers, and vendor partners.
• Own deployment planning, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and executive reporting.
• Partner with design, construction, network engineering, data center operations, supply chain, security, and commissioning teams.
• Establish standard deployment playbooks, quality controls, and turnover processes.
• Manage installation partners and vendors, including performance and safety.
• Drive readiness with materials, labor, site access, permits, and test equipment.
• Oversee testing, labeling, documentation, and as-built records.
