Haleon is seeking a NBD & Licensing Director to lead all deal activity within the Advanced Research Group, shaping and executing licensing agreements, partnerships and equity transactions. The role reports to the Chief Science Officer and Corporate Development Licensing, with a matrix to Finance M&A.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable experience structuring and negotiating complex partnerships in consumer health, life sciences or related sector.
• Commercial and financial acumen with ability to assess risk and build business cases.
• Understanding of IP, licensing and deal terms to protect value while enabling pace of innovation.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end deal execution across licensing, co-development, academic collaboration and partnerships.
• Shape partnership strategies and recommend the best deal model for each opportunity.
• Coordinate due diligence with Legal, IP, Finance M&A and commercial teams.
• Negotiate and close agreements protecting Haleon’s IP and data rights while delivering long-term value.
• Present recommendations to senior governance forums with clarity and credibility.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while contributing to priority transactions.
