Job description

We’re looking for a Director of IT Operations to join our team in London Kings Cross. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.

We're looking for an experienced and technically credible Director of IT Operations to shape and lead the technology estate that will support Blume through an exciting period of transformation and growth. You'll create and deliver the strategy for a secure, scalable and well-integrated systems estate, bringing together key platforms including Workday, ERP, Atlassian and Microsoft technologies into a cohesive, future-ready environment.

Working closely with our Managed IT partner, you'll set the vision, standards and roadmap, making key technology and investment decisions while ensuring strong governance, security and operational excellence. You'll also lead our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy, helping our people access the tools and support they need to do their best work, wherever they are.
