Fitch Ratings, part of Fitch Group, is seeking a Financial Markets Director for the London office. The role focuses on developing investor relations strategies, expanding engagement with buy-side and sell-side professionals, and embedding Fitch’s rating analytics into investor workflows.

The director will lead outreach, manage key investor relationships, and collaborate across BRM, Marketing and Events to deliver conferences, roadshows, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 6-8 years sell-side or buy-side experience in international fixed income capital market is required to perform this role successfully
• Degree educated or equivalent work experience

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and project finance investors
• Embed Fitch ratings into investor workflows and broaden market adoption
• Develop outreach strategies for buy-side and sell-side analysts and investor groups
• Manage and deepen relationships with fixed income investment professionals across key institutions
• Organize meetings with analysts, present Fitch capabilities, and demonstrate rating use cases
• Lead outreach initiatives (conferences, roadshows, webinars, roundtables) with BRM, Marketing and Events teams
• Develop partnerships with sell-side research and investor associations
• Design and drive events/campaigns to showcase rating capabilities and thought leadership
• Prepare external messaging highlighting Fitch differentiators in ratings and insights
• Identify barriers to adoption in domestic markets and address them
• Serve as the primary contact for analytical groups on content ideation and investor data analysis
• Gather insights on domestic markets and regulatory developments impacting CRA content
