This role is responsible for acting as the primary contact and advisor to a targeted client group. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, generating ideas and solutions, and collaborating with product specialists, credit officers, and support staff to deliver banking services.

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior bankers in client coverage and transaction execution, becoming the primary contact for select relationships.
  • Assist in origination efforts and drive new business with primary clients through presentations and advice.
  • Collaborate with coverage teams to generate ideas and deliver solutions.
  • Oversee preparation and execution of client presentations, attend meetings, and coordinate with partners to position the bank effectively.
  • Maintain strategic relationships at the CEO, CFO, and Board level, proactively addressing client needs.
  • Coordinate information flow and work execution with various internal and external parties.
  • Participate in recruitment, development, and management of resources, including vice presidents.
