Job summary

CSL Behring in Maidenhead seeks an experienced senior communications leader to drive the international strategy and advise senior executives on messaging, speeches, and leadership positioning. You will lead planning for significant regulatory, business, and reputational issues and oversee internal communications across markets.

Qualifications

15+ years of communications experience including corporate, executive, and issues management.
Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
Proven advisory experience with senior executives and leadership teams.
Experience leading communications programs in global or multinational settings.
Track record handling complex, sensitive, or high-profile issues.

Own international internal communications including employee engagement platforms and forums.
Provide communications leadership for key brands and therapeutic areas across markets.

Establish governance and standards across international markets.
Serve as the communications partner to the SVP of International.
Report to the Head of Global Communications, CSL Behring, Vifor and Plasma.
Oversee a team of five.

Requirements

15+ years of communications experience, including corporate, executive, and issues management
Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or a similarly regulated industry
Demonstrated experience advising senior executives and leadership teams
Experience leading communications programs in a global or multinational environment
Track record managing complex, sensitive, or high-profile communications issues
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Fluency in English required
Ability to work hybrid from the UK office in Maidenhead, 3 days a week, or potentially from Switzerland or Germany
Approximately 15% travel, predominantly pan-European
