We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Infrastructure Services to join our Production Services team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Collaborate with multiple teams responsible for delivery of infrastructure services that include ITSM, major incident management, process improvement, system integration and implementation, and technology resiliency activities.
• Oversee the requirements, planning, organizing, and implementation of enterprise-wide technology applications, infrastructure, and/or services.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and organizational structures are in place for assigned groups.
• Participate in defining Production Services strategy.
• Maintain senior-level business and operations relationships to ensure business needs are addressed.
• Guide strategic projects consistent with long-range Production Services plans.
• Partner with appropriate parties to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and/or control.
• Support and develop team members to maximize their collective contributions.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
• Contribute to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
• People Leadership requirement: Guide and support teams to maximize their collective contributions, encourage professional growth, and foster a collaborative environment.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Experience in managing global, medium, or large-sized teams of direct and indirect reporting Production Services ICs and Managers.
