The HR Director - UK&I will lead and integrate three core functional areas across all four UK locations: HR Business Partnership, HR Operations, and Culture & Office Management. Working in close collaboration with the UK&I HR team, this role will provide comprehensive support to all business sectors in the region, with particular emphasis on our Revenue‑generating and Engineering departments. This position requires a transformational leader who can effectively merge organizational cultures following our recent acquisition while establishing a cohesive company culture. The Senior HR Director - UK&I will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, delivering best‑in‑class HR business partner services while optimizing HR operations and processes. The role demands exceptional relationship management skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive engagement and performance across diverse teams while navigating complex employee relations matters with sensitivity and expertise.
