- Developing initiatives that maximize individual and business performance, with experience in technology partnerships, organizational design, workforce planning, agile methodologies, and transformation.

- Design and implement the people strategy, leveraging insights to improve performance.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver HR initiatives.
- Advise senior leaders on people-related issues, including organizational effectiveness and talent management.
