• Drives safety dashboards, incident response, and corrective action plans across hospital sites.
• Leads Hospital Clinical Services leadership team and drives succession planning.
• Identifies underperforming programs and deploys clinical recovery plans.
• Partners with hospital operations and physician leadership to stabilize high-acuity programs.
• Owns division hospital clinical strategy and ensures measurable outcomes.
