Responsibilities

• Understand hospital priorities and build relationships with colleagues and external partners.
• Provide visible, inspirational clinical leadership ensuring safe, effective, patient-centered care.
• Lead high-performing clinical teams and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic leadership for clinical governance, quality and patient safety.
• Drive service delivery efficiency to support revenue and EBITDA performance.
• Champion continuous improvement across wards, theatres, radiology, pharmacy and physiotherapy.
• Collaborate with consultants and leadership to develop services and optimize capacity.
• Ensure the hospital has the right clinical workforce to meet needs.
• Use data to identify opportunities, address risks and drive improvement.
• Be accessible to patients, relatives, consultants and colleagues.
