Job description

Role Overview: This position involves shaping go-to-market strategies with Sales, Marketing, and Risk Solution Services Leads, providing pre-sales support, managing RFPs and RFIs, negotiating pricing and contracts, and acting as a SME at events. The role requires managing margins, working on at-risk accounts, and collaborating across teams to grow the Risk Solution Services portfolio. It is a hybrid position, with days in the office to be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD, in relevant fields such as fraud prevention, product management, or risk management within the payments industry.
  2. Proven expertise in selling to enterprise customers and interpreting online fraud tools like 3DSecure, device fingerprinting, and neural scoring.
  3. Familiarity with eCommerce fraud metrics and experience optimizing revenue and loss in card-not-present environments.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is required for LAC roles, and Portuguese is a plus.
  5. Strong market-facing communication skills demonstrated through industry engagements.
  6. Stakeholder management experience, understanding of PCI DSS, and experience in high-volume online transaction environments.
  7. Leadership and strategic problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset.
  8. Experience with CRM tools (MSFT Dynamics, SFDC), MSFT Office, Tableau, and PROs CPQ tools; people management skills and a collaborative attitude.
  9. Ability to build strong client relationships, predict needs, and support organizational vision.
  10. Encourages cross-functional teamwork, models collaboration, and resolves conflicts effectively.
  11. Delivers high-quality results, exceeds goals, and demonstrates professionalism and resilience under pressure.
  12. Leads innovative projects, fosters continuous improvement, and communicates complex issues clearly.
