Greenwich Partners Limited is seeking a Director-level strategy leader for a global bank in London. The role centers on shaping the strategic agenda and delivering maximum value for group shareholders by driving high-impact initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, identify key trends, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Collaboration with Associates/Analysts and Directors is essential to define problems, analyze data, and plan execution.

Qualifications

• Background from a tier one strategy consulting firm or the corporate strategy function of a bank.
• Highly analytical and able to draw insights from data sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to reduce complexity and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience of executing strategic projects and delivering insights for senior audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.
• Identify trends, opportunities and issues using internal and external sources to provide actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Effectively communicate recommendations/insights with colleagues within Strategy and beyond.
• Collaborate with Associates/Analysts and Directors on strategic initiatives across problem definition, analysis, recommendations and execution planning.
