Purpose of the role
To develop, implement, and manage digital marketing platforms and channels, including the management of the website, social media channels, and marketing technology platforms.
Accountabilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the bank's business objectives, informed by market research, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, communications, and IT, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts.
- Create compelling and targeted content for various marketing channels, optimize online content for search engines, and manage paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies, using data analytics tools to measure and report campaign performance.
- Manage marketing technology platforms as applicable.
