EY's Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team is seeking a Director in Direct Tax and Tax Accounting to shape strategy within EY's Global Tax CoE.

You will lead senior tax and finance stakeholders, drive growth across multinational accounts and integrate technology-enabled tax solutions, including data analytics and AI, to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in Direct Tax and Tax Accounting.
• Experience leading large, multi-country client engagements.
• Strong market-facing presence and ability to engage with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow strategic multinational client relationships across Direct Tax and Tax Accounting services.
• Provide executive oversight across large-scale global tax accounting and direct tax engagements.
• Oversee delivery of complex tax accounting projects under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Develop new market opportunities and shape the strategic direction of the team.
