Job Description Summary
Overview:
The Global Pricing and Interchange (P&IC) team:
• Partners across regions and global business units to execute changes in economics aligned with product- and market-led strategy under a consistent strategic framework.
• Leads the execution of initiatives whose complexity and scope require a global view and coordination.
• Advocates and drives revenue optimization, simplicity, enhanced customer and employee experience, and adherence to principles.
• The team has a privileged position with visibility into impactful initiatives across the organization, providing members the ability to influence and enrich many commercial conversations through innovative and strategic thinking.
Role:
• Effectively manage and prioritize execution of a portfolio of key transformational initiatives.
• Drive initiatives from ideation to creation, regional syndication, and execution.
• Identify and develop creative solutions, supported by strong analytical and fact-based foundations, leading teams toward implementation.
• Manage a pipeline of competitive intelligence/market research and third-party engagements.
• Support external facing teams (e.g., commercial, public policy, regulatory) in value advocacy efforts, including pricing for value and pro-competitive narratives.
• Partner and liaise with stakeholders across the organization to advance assigned projects.
• Communicate progress effectively to peers and management.

• Experience applying financial and business management principles, theories, and concepts.
• Experience with financial modeling (e.g., P&L projections, cost-benefit analysis, ROI).
• Strategic thinker with a strong detail orientation and focus on execution.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to build alignment without direct authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise messaging.
• Self-managed, self-driven, with anticipation of needs and proactive execution.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and present them professionally for senior management.
• Ability to lead through influence and thrive amidst challenges.
• Effective interaction across functions, geographies, and levels.
• Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office, data mining, Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA highly desirable.
• Limited global travel as needed.
