About the Role
Autodesk's Digital Media Center (DMC) is a center of excellence supporting internal stakeholders with digital media best practices to improve business outcomes. Operating in a hybrid model with in-house and agency resources, the team includes digital media planners, optimizers, analysts, and execution experts across paid search, display advertising, social media, and emerging platforms. This role can be based anywhere in the US near an Autodesk office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of paid digital media execution and optimization, managing internal teams, contractors, and agencies.
- Track and communicate success metrics against KPIs.
- Review performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Lead strategic initiatives for paid media activation.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper evaluation of media performance in collaboration with marketing operations and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on budgets, volume, quality, and ROI goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years in paid media strategy and execution, in-house or agency.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience managing large global teams (25+ members).
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms (SEM, social, display, programmatic, video streaming).
- Experience with attribution models and media mix modeling.
- Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, DV360, Demandbase, TradeDesk, YouTube).
- Knowledge of ad operations, media reporting, QA, and tracking implementation.
- Understanding of the evolving MarTech landscape for complex multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI).
- Strong communication skills and experience working with diverse teams across geographies.
- Passion for digital marketing and stakeholder engagement.
- Preference for B2B experience; B2C experience is a plus.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS industry is advantageous.

We offer comprehensive benefits, including health, wellness, and financial perks. Salary for U.S.-based roles ranges from $148,600 to $240,350, with additional bonuses, stock grants, and benefits based on experience and location.
