Role Overview

The Director of Global HCM Onboarding will oversee HCM implementations worldwide, leading a team of HRIS, Engage, ATS, and Compensation Implementation Managers. You will ensure seamless, compliant, and efficient system implementations for multinational clients, managing client relationships and project delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Global HCM Implementation Leadership: Lead and manage the global team to deliver high-quality HCM implementations across regions.
  2. Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for clients during implementation, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Project Management: Oversee all implementation stages, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery.
  4. Team Leadership: Support and develop your team, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive process enhancements for better efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Provide updates to leadership and clients, and develop post-implementation reports.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in global HCM SaaS, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing system implementations.
  • Experience with multinational clients and global HCM regulations.
  • Bachelor’s in Business, HR, Finance, or related; Master’s or certifications (e.g., CPP) are a plus.
Skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven leadership and team development abilities.
  • Excellent client communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
