About the Role: The Director of Global Compensation will own and be responsible for our global compensation strategy and execution. Leveraging your expertise and significant corporate leadership experience, especially in a matrixed, multinational environment, you’ll be a key member of the HR team. You’ll work closely with HR leadership, business leaders, and HR teams globally to provide expertise, creative solutions, market intelligence, and analytics for informed decision-making. You’ll manage complex relationships and drive motivational initiatives worldwide, rewarding success in innovative ways. You’ll need a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and an innovative, strategic mindset.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Drive continuous improvement to build and develop efficient compensation processes.
  2. Support a high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.
  3. Partner with business leaders to educate them about compensation tools and total reward structures.
  4. Design, administer, and communicate compensation, benefit, and reward programs.
  5. Collaborate with Operations and HRIS teams to ensure accurate benchmarking and data entry in Workday.
  6. Ensure consistent application of pay philosophy, market competitiveness, and drive pay-for-performance culture.
  7. Build and develop compensation capabilities.
  8. Create and implement strategies aligned with business growth.
  9. Understand business issues, determine compensation implications, and develop strategies to mobilize resources.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • 5+ years of experience managing the Compensation function.
  • Experience in a matrixed, medium to large, multinational business.
  • Ability to assert a strong stance on compensation matters.
  • Trusted advisor to HRBP and Senior Leadership teams.
