Job summary

WPP Media in the UK seeks a Director of Global App Enablement to translate product strategy into scalable enablement programs that drive adoption and value realization. You will own a long-term roadmap, create resources, and mentor others with autonomy.

You will serve as SME across multiple capability areas, partner with product and GTM teams, monitor adoption metrics, and champion customer feedback to shape capabilities. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in platform/product enablement, client success or similar, driving adoption autonomously.
• Advertising or related industry experience with complex agency structures and capabilities.
• Strong understanding of how data and technology bolster client operations and strategies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered automation to streamline workflows.
• Analytical skills to track adoption, engagement and utilization metrics.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and deliver training sessions as SME.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior team members and stakeholders; set team OKRs.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to influence outcomes with minimal support.
• Develop deep understanding of app capabilities and their strategic place.
• Provide input to roadmaps and drive evolution based on client needs and data feedback.
• Design and implement enablement programs for partners and customers.
• Translate features into enablement materials and scale knowledge resources.
• Gather feedback, audit materials, and ensure consistent messaging across teams.
• Lead global enablement activities, forums, and training delivery.
