The Director, General Service Contractors (GSC) Tradeshow Sales Operations’ primary duty is to oversee the Sales and Operations of General Service Contractor business within the tradeshow industry. The individual must ensure the company develops and grows this specific business within EFW’s Tradeshow division through sales techniques, market and industry knowledge, and superior customer service. The Director will lead sales efforts and oversee the operations to support this specific vertical space within the tradeshow industry. Collaboration with EFW stations and Estes management will be required to effectively support and grow this space.

Position functions with semi-autonomously and directly supervises 2-5 employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of tradeshow, transportation, and managerial experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Valid driver’s license required.
Periodic travel up to 15% required.
