Who You Will Work With

We provide standalone tax advice and collaborate with our corporate and funds colleagues on a wide range of transactions, including fund raisings, carry structuring, fund co-investments, continuation vehicles, LP portfolio sale secondaries, GP M&A, and more. As a Counsel or Senior Associate, you will advise leading fund managers globally within a highly regarded team.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Working at the forefront of the market on diverse tax matters with a strong international component, collaborating with our global teams.
  • Engaging in a 'one team' approach, working closely with colleagues across our international network.

  • Handling complex, high-value matters often featured in the financial press.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships, with opportunities for new client contacts.
  • Collaborating with market leaders across geographies and practice areas.
Qualifications

You should thrive in a team environment with high standards, and have exposure to multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary collaboration.
