About this Opportunity:

A senior leadership opportunity to shape the funding and liquidity strategy supporting some of the UK’s largest corporate clients, combining commercial insight, advanced analytics and AI-enabled decision making to influence strategic outcomes across the bank.

You’ll define and lead Corporate & Institutional Banking’s funding, liquidity and transfer pricing strategy, ensuring it supports the Group’s balance sheet, regulatory and commercial objectives. Your insight and expertise will help inform executive and board-level discussions on liquidity, transfer pricing, regulatory developments and market trends. You’ll represent the function in key governance forums, providing strategic guidance and constructive challenge across funding, liquidity, risk and capital matters.

As a senior leader, you’ll build and develop a high-performing, inclusive team, creating a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll strengthen future leadership capability through coaching, sponsorship and talent development, while building trusted relationships across the Group and with external stakeholders.
