Job summary

CITB is seeking a Director of FP&A / Business Partnering to shape and lead financial planning, forecasting and management accounting functions. You will partner with the Executive Team and Board to translate strategy into financial insight and drive investment decisions and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience across FP&A, strategic planning, business partnering or corporate finance.
• Proven track record supporting executive-level decision-making and driving change.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across a complex environment.
