Director – Flex Office Agency

Location: Central London

A leading, independent London-based property advisory and management firm is looking to appoint a Director to establish and lead a new Flex Office Agency division.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior commercial agent to build a specialist team within a highly respected platform, while continuing to earn, transact, and drive the growth of a future-facing area of the market.

My client is one of London’s most established and respected independent property advisory firms, managing and advising on over 1,000 commercial and residential assets across the capital. With a team of around 50 professionals, the business delivers integrated property solutions to landlords, investors, and occupiers, spanning asset management, leasing, investment, and strategic advisory services.

• The business already engages with over 3,000 occupiers across its managed portfolio
• Existing agency team of five, including two top-performing fee earners
• Current agency focus: 80% landlord rep / 20% tenant rep, with clear runway to scale flex solutions across both

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and development of a Flex Office Agency offering
• Advise landlords and occupiers on serviced, managed, and flexible workspace solutions
• Leverage existing client and occupier relationships to generate instructions and deal flow
• Personally handle transactions and business development at a senior level
• Build and mentor a dedicated flex team as the division grows
• Collaborate closely with internal agency, asset management, and investment teams
