The Director of Fixed Income and Convertibles Product Management regional lead reports directly to the Head of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) within FTSE Russell, an LSEG Group Company. This role is responsible for growing product adoption and building client relationships in the region. It offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong technical skills and product interest to join a dynamic team with client engagement responsibilities across FTSE Russell's FICC benchmark products.
The Director will work closely with global investment research, sales, marketing, technology, governance & risk teams, leading client engagement programs to grow the use of benchmarking, data, and analytics products. The role involves driving cross-team collaboration to deliver product strategy, enhance the product range, and engage with clients to gather feedback on fixed income and Convertible index solutions, supporting the fixed income ecosystem.
The product teams research, create, market, commercialize, and evaluate new solutions for clients throughout the product lifecycle from design to launch. The role requires good communication, critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple products simultaneously.
The individual should possess attributes such as goal-oriented mindset, excellent relationship and communication skills, networking ability, client-centric approach, adaptability, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
