Large & Complex Audit will include listed companies (corporate and financial services), their subsidiaries in the UK and internationally, as well as other public interest entities such as banks, insurers, large private companies, public sector organisations, and charities.

Your role

Reporting to a Partner, your responsibilities will include:

• Applying professional skepticism and technical rigor to deliver high-quality audits
• Collaborating with specialists in key audit areas
• Promoting quality within your teams and with client management
• Driving coaching and development of team members
• Leading engagement pricing discussions
• Preparing budgets and explaining variances
• Engaging in business development and tendering
• Managing relationships with management and boards
• Participating in practice management roles
• Representing Deloitte at seminars and networking events
• Leading diverse, inclusive teams where contributions are recognized
• Previous experience with IFRS and/or UK GAAP standards
• Experience auditing financial services clients
• Presenting client data clearly and concisely
• Developing effective relationships
