Director

Raw Selection is a genuine executive search firm, one of only two in Leeds. We work exclusively with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies across Europe and North America. We partner with Private Equity firms on searches across our two divisions.

We handle:

  • CEO, CFO, and COO searches for acquired companies
  • Investment and back-office professionals at Private Equity firms

Since 2017, we have experienced continuous growth and are looking to add talented, experienced recruiters aligned with our strategic initiatives.

We operate a 180 model and are hiring profiles to win new business and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include securing and maintaining long-lasting client relationships, delivering on searches, closing, and negotiation.

Our platform is designed to elevate experienced recruiters from good to great

  • Candidate sourcing, research, and interviewing in a true 180 model
  • Formatting CVs and writing job specs (handled by our marketing team)
  • Researching target clients and finding emails (done by our admin team)
