Job Description:

A leading global alternative asset management firm with over €50 billion in AUM is seeking to expand its presence in the UK. The firm operates across multiple asset classes.

As part of its strategic growth in Europe, the firm is looking to reinforce its Sales team by hiring an experienced professional to lead its Wholesale & Wealth efforts in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Wholesale distribution strategy within the UK
• Promote the firm’s investment products to a broad investor base
• Cultivate and develop lasting partnerships with existing and new clients
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales and relationship management
• Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategies across asset classes
• Enhance the visibility and reputation of the firm’s brand in the market
• Collaborate closely with internal investment and cross-functional teams
• Ensure adherence to compliance protocols, including KYC and data protection standards
• Maintain active engagement with European-based colleagues and sales teams
• Possess strong knowledge of the private banking distribution channel

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent from a business school or university
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in asset management sales
• Solid expertise in credit and equity products
• Proven track record working with distribution partners
• Strong sense of autonomy and adaptability
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment
