About the Role

Seeking an experienced leader in infrastructure and energy sectors, with a strong track record in DCOs and major project delivery. Join a leading UK-based consultancy to drive high-profile energy projects and contribute to national infrastructure strategy. Potential for business unit leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a portfolio of energy and infrastructure projects, overseeing delivery, quality, and growth.
  2. Drive business development and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  3. Shape sector strategies and contribute to company-wide planning and sustainability goals.
  4. Inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams, supporting performance and technical excellence.
  5. Manage revenue streams and report on business metrics.
  6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sustainability, and internal policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  1. At least 15 years of relevant industry experience, including senior leadership roles.
  2. Strong background in energy sector, particularly DCOs, EIAs, planning, or consent processes.
  3. Proven leadership in team management, project delivery, and client development.
  4. Chartered status or working towards it.
  5. Broad understanding of environmental, sustainability, and infrastructure challenges.
