Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Cross-Platform Solution Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise capabilities by translating strategic goals into scalable platform solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise and a hands-on approach to architecting impactful ServiceNow solutions that enable complex business processes and foster organisational agility.

You will be responsible for bridging technical vision with real-world implementation—ensuring the platform meets evolving business needs, supports end-user success, and aligns with enterprise architecture principles. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with engineering rigor will be critical to driving enterprise transformation and delivering tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outcome-Oriented Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of lean, scalable solutions addressing business challenges, prioritizing technical quality and business value.
2. Technical Leadership: Serve as a senior architect, maintaining architectural integrity and ensuring solutions adhere to standards including security, reliability, and performance.
3. Engineering Excellence: Engage directly with engineers, contributing to velocity and quality through technical guidance, code support, and mentorship.
4. Customer-Focused Engineering: Collaborate with business users and product teams to deliver real value, supporting rapid prototyping and iterative delivery.
5. Agile and Incremental Delivery: Advocate for delivering value through fast, focused iterations and a test-and-learn mindset.
6. Cross-Functional Integration: Work with product, security, infrastructure, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible and user-friendly.
7. Advanced Technical Capability: Apply knowledge of software engineering principles, DevSecOps, Agile, and modern delivery practices.

Essential Skills and Experience

• ServiceNow Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with core platform capabilities, especially solution design and implementation.
• Customer Engagement: Skilled in leading workshops, managing requirements, and influencing platform strategy.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess challenges and deliver solutions that drive long-term value.
• UX Sensibility: Focused on delivering intuitive, accessible user experiences.
• Analytical Rigor: Skilled in mapping workflows, analyzing gaps, and defining requirements.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect, and Certified System Administrator.
• Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to guide stakeholders and teams through change.
• Technical Toolkit: Skilled in integration design, architecture modeling, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, XML, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS).

Desirable Experience

Over 8 years of ServiceNow expertise, with broader technical experience over a decade. Familiarity with AI integration into workflows—such as automation, data insights, or smart decisioning—is a plus.
