A leading consultancy seeks an experienced director to support impactful digital transformation projects in the public sector. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in large organisations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive user-centric changes. The role offers competitive compensation and a focus on flexible working arrangements.
Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 (depending on experience)
Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid - with regular in-person client meetings)

We’re looking for experienced leaders to help deliver impactful consultancy projects and grow our work with the public sector.
Public sector clients have been central to our mission for many years. We’ve supported leaders in local and central government, charities, arms-length bodies, and private sector organisations, helping them shape digital strategy, recover failing programmes, and embed modern, user-centred ways of working.
In this role, you’ll lead client engagements across our portfolio, working closely with senior leaders to support real organisational change. You’ll need a strong track record of delivering transformation in large, complex environments, ideally including public sector settings and a deep understanding of how to build responsive, multidisciplinary teams that focus on user needs and deliver lasting outcomes.
