Location: London | Type: Full-time

£85k - £100k (dependent on experience) plus car allowance, pension and bonus

Beach Baker is excited to be working in partnership with Colliers to help them find a Director in Development Advisory.

With over 1,200 experts across 16 offices in the UK and Ireland, they are proud to deliver insight-driven results that make a lasting impact.

Now, they are looking for a visionary Director to join their Development Advisory team in London.

About the Role

As a Director in the Development and Strategic Advisory team, you’ll play a key role in delivering expert guidance on complex regeneration and mixed-use development projects across the UK and Europe. From brownfield redevelopment to infrastructure-led transformation, you’ll help shape vibrant, sustainable communities.

You will be leading on strategy and disposal of development sites, especially complex brownfield land and preparing development appraisals and viability assessments.

This is your opportunity to work at the forefront of urban regeneration—advising public and private sector clients, influencing masterplans, and driving real change.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide commercial insight into masterplanning, land assembly, and delivery strategies
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis across residential and commercial sectors
  • Support structuring of development agreements, joint ventures, and public-private partnerships
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of large-scale regeneration and infrastructure projects
  • Develop Infrastructure Delivery Plans for complex mixed-use schemes
