Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Data Consulting Director to lead our Data & AI practice in London. The role blends strategy, advisory work, and pre-sales to grow the data practice, with a hybrid working model and travel within the UK and Europe.

You will guide complex data projects, translate opportunities into value, and shape propositions while collaborating with sales and practice leaders across locations.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in data architecture, governance, analytics, or AI.
• Experience in major management consulting or matrixed organisations.
• Proven ability to lead data and AI projects and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Combine strategic advisory and thought leadership to build trusted relationships with C-suite and stakeholders.
• Translate data opportunities into clear business outcomes, use cases and investment strategies.
• Guide clients through their digital transformation and data-driven journeys.
• Shape data strategies and leverage modern data platforms to unlock business value.
• Lead multi-location teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Shaping propositions and services via business development and account strategies.
• Identify sector trends and translate them into differentiated offerings.
