Elsevier is seeking a Director of Architecture: Data to define and execute a data architecture vision and lead a team of data architects. You will drive the data mesh transition, migrate away from centralized DW/ODS models, and implement domain-oriented, product-focused data architecture with federated governance across product lines.

Competenze

• Proven leadership of architects or senior technical staff.
• Ability to make decisions and pivot with minimal analysis when needed.
• Experience designing data architectures in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of data mesh principles and migrations to distributed architectures.
• Expertise in data modelling, data integration, and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Knowledge of data governance, MDM, and data quality concepts.
