Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Assessments & Exercises Director within the Cybersecurity Testing & Controls (CTC) team in London to strengthen our resilience.

You will plan and execute testing engagements across people, processes and technology, identify risks and vulnerabilities, and translate complex findings into clear recommendations for senior leaders. You will lead risk‑driven simulations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, stay ahead of evolving threats using threat

Qualifications

• Experience implementing complex assessments or exercises with diverse stakeholders and leaders.
• Strong grasp of current threat landscape, resiliency, and relevant laws and policies.
• Expertise in assessment methodologies, threat intel use, control evaluation, or resiliency testing.
• Experience presenting briefings to senior leaders and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate operational plans and strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead risk-driven testing and simulations, including cyber exercises and resiliency tests.
• Create comprehensive assessment reports with actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Escalate trends in observations and report on controls effectiveness and risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement using data-driven decisions.
• Utilize threat intelligence to stay informed about threats and best practices.
• Engage with internal/external stakeholders to share insights and support policy development.
