NCC Group is seeking a Director of Global Marketing to lead its Cyber marketing function and shape an integrated strategy that drives growth and aligns with executive priorities. The role collaborates with Sales, Strategic Accounts, Market Leadership, Alliances and technical teams across regions.

The successful candidate will bring senior marketing leadership, strong commercial judgment and deep cyber sector knowledge, with responsibility for strategic growth accounts and partner-supported

Qualifications

• Track record of working in the cyber security industry with enough sector understanding to shape propositions and executive engagement.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Significant demonstrable experience in senior marketing leadership roles within cyber, consulting or professional services – ideally a services-led organisation.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of marketing programmes that support relationship selling, strategic account growth and long-cycle buying journeys.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading the operational delivery of a marketing programme including planning cadence, governance, budget management, resource allocation, performance reporting and cross-functional coordination.
• Proven experience of leading, coaching and developing a marketing team, setting clear priorities, creating accountability and building capability across specialist and regional teams.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability with experience using performance data and pipeline metrics to optimise marketing investment and outcomes.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, outcome-focused approach and the ability to move between strategic direction and operational delivery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and translate changing priorities into clear marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated Cyber marketing strategy aligned to business objectives and buyer journeys.
• Use market, competitor and customer insight to shape priorities, campaigns and investment decisions.
• Directly lead the Strategic Growth & Accounts stream focusing marketing effort on NCC Select and Focus & Growth accounts.
• Oversee ABM, executive programmes and partner activity to support account penetration and growth.
• Lead integrated campaigns and content programmes across services, verticals and regions to generate demand and nurture buyers.
• Work with Sales, technical SMEs, propositions and regional teams to create compelling content, case studies and customer journeys.
• Strengthen and protect the Cyber brand with consistent use across markets and materials.
• Oversee digital, website, paid media, SEO, email, events and engagement to reach and convert priority audiences.
• Manage marketing budget, resources and ROI, ensuring spend aligns with priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team with a collaborative, commercially focused culture.
