Director, Customer Success and Payment Solutions (Remote)

Join to apply for the Director, Customer Success and Payment Solutions (Remote) role at BCD Travel.

This position is part of the team responsible for Stay, BCD’s comprehensive hotel category management approach. You will engage with clients strategically to drive data-driven outcomes using virtual payment solutions throughout the customer success lifecycle. Your role includes leading client activations, driving change, supporting internal teams to optimize solutions, and leading workshops and projects related to Virtual Payment Solutions (VPA).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor in hotel category management and virtual payment solutions.
  2. Lead workshops on hotel management topics, providing tailored recommendations.
  3. Ensure contractual commitments are met, share progress, and create action plans for shortfalls.
  4. Coordinate with departments on hotel-related solutions development and delivery.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert in Virtual Payment Solutions and lead related projects.
  6. Coordinate configurations to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  7. Monitor performance data, identify opportunities, and drive improvements.

  • Experienced with hotel content providers, VPA providers, or Hotel API vendors.

The salary range for this role in applicable US jurisdictions is $102,000 to $120,000, based on experience and location.
