Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience in customer fulfillment and order to cash.
• Ability to interact with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and writing ability for client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Gartner insights and client value.
• Develop and present thought-provoking content for client meetings and Gartner events.
• Analyze client needs, identify barriers, and shape strategic recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and build an integrated BTI Insights program.
• Travel up to 25% as required to engage with clients and conferences.
