  3. Design and execute customer-centric campaigns that enhance brand loyalty and drive product adoption.
  4. Oversee product positioning and go-to-market strategies for consumer lending products, including unsecured loans and mortgage loans.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to optimize customer journeys and engagement metrics.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and customer engagement innovations.
