As a trusted customer advocate, you will help organizations understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions and how to migrate existing workloads to the cloud. The role involves engaging with customers throughout their AWS journey, shaping technical strategies based on industry trends, and influencing stakeholders inside AWS and at customer organizations. The scope involves developing leadership, hiring top talent, and managing evolving team dynamics.
Responsibilities also include maintaining strategic relationships with key customer executives such as CEOs, CDOs, CTOs, and CIOs, leveraging global programs and internal stakeholders to advance customer transformation. Change management and expertise transfer are crucial to ensure high standards of customer experience. The role collaborates closely with sales teams to create and execute business plans that accelerate AWS adoption, exceed revenue targets, and enhance customer satisfaction.
