We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Director, Creative Marketing. The role will be part of a newly shaped LFC marketing team aimed at driving awareness, desire, conversion, and retention across various campaigns, sales channels, and club products in the UK and globally. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, this position will lead how LFC presents itself from a brand, campaign, and product content perspective.
The Director, Creative Marketing manages the brand, marketing content, graphic design, and VM functions to ensure visual presentation aligns with strategic objectives. The role involves providing insights, data, and recommendations to stakeholders regularly.
You will oversee daily management and reporting of content, brand, design, and visual budgets, supporting budget planning and ensuring value for money and ROI.
Successful candidates will have proven experience in creative marketing within retail, sport, or brand sectors, including people management and agency experience with direct-to-consumer campaigns. Skills should include project management, multi-channel content creation, understanding customer journeys, and stakeholder management. Leadership qualities such as inspiring, motivating, and upskilling teams are essential. Budget management, strategic planning, and presentation skills are also required. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is flexible with their schedule.
This full-time, permanent role offers a 35-hour workweek, primarily based at our Liverpool city centre office.
