YOUR ROLE
  1. Drive local strategy execution within the Consumers & Craftsmen SBU to achieve targets, including full country P&L responsibility, and regularly review progress to develop corrective plans.
  2. Ensure accurate rolling forecasts, annual business plans (KP), and long-term strategic plans (TP).
  3. Drive customer relations and ensure strong operations.
  4. Coach, align, and improve collaboration between local SBUs and cross-SBU functions, establishing local processes aligned with regional strategy.
  5. Plan and organize local resources (people, capacity, investments) to meet targets.
  6. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, diversity, inclusion, and inspiration.
  7. Develop structures and processes to empower the country to reach its goals, including handling infrastructure topics, identifying synergies, and leveraging scale.
  8. Handle governance and legal obligations, and coordinate administrative/back-office topics.
  9. Represent the SBU and coordinate interface topics with Henkel internally and externally.
  10. Contribute to regional transformation programs.
YOUR SKILLS
  1. Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  2. At least 10 years of professional experience in sales, business development, marketing, etc.
  3. Minimum 2 years of international work experience.
  4. Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  5. Persuasive communication skills for engaging stakeholders across functions and borders.
  6. Passion for developing people, empowering teams, and fostering collaboration.
